SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping Free shipping is offered on all domestic US orders where the pre-tax order value exceeds $100. Offer is only valid for packages with delivery addresses within the lower 48 contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or any other US territory or dependency outside the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Methods We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders may take up to 3 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during sales periods.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Athletegy fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

Your order will be delivered by USPS to the shipping address you have indicated. All orders are fully traceable by using the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email. The delivery date shown at time of purchase is provided to Athletegy by the shipper and is an estimate only. Athletegy does not guarantee delivery dates.

Reporting an Order Problem If you experience any problem with your order — including non-delivery, damage, or incorrect items — you must notify Athletegy in writing within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Written notification must be submitted through one of the following accepted channels only:

  • Your Athletegy account portal, or
  • Email to info@athletegy.com

Phone calls, social media messages, or any other form of communication do not constitute valid written notification and will not be accepted as a basis for a claim or dispute.

Upon receipt of your written notification, Athletegy will acknowledge and respond within 5 business days. Once a claim is initiated, the customer will receive a link to verify and submit their claim directly with our shipping insurer. The customer is required to complete this verification step in order for the claim to be processed. Insurance claim timelines are determined by the insurer and are outside of Athletegy's control; customers must allow this process to complete before pursuing any further remedies.

International Shipping The customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with international orders. Unless stated specifically as "Duties and Taxes Prepaid", shipping costs do NOT include duties and taxes; those costs will be payable upon delivery by the customer.

First-Time Order Policy For security purposes, Athletegy reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
